I can see you! This spooky garland crafted from creepy eyeball balloons is a terrific decoration for your Halloween celebrations. It's easy to assemble and will both delight and thrill your guests.
Each balloon garland kit includes:
- 40 white balloons in two sizes and 40 eye details
- The instruction sheet included clearly explains how to assemble the garland
- Also included is a balloon strip, metallic silver cord to hang the garland up with, and 150 balloon glue dots
- The balloons can be filled with or without helium
- A balloon pump is recommended, but not included
- Simple self assembly required
* All balloons arrive uninflated. Children under 8 yrs can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
